ResortQuest will serve as the exclusive listing agency for South Walton’s new “coastal village”
ResortQuest® Real Estate hosted breakfast on November 16 and 17, 2016 at Trebeaché to celebrate the kickoff of RidgeWalk – a new French-inspired coastal village. Nearly 140 real estate agents attended the two-day event to familiarize themselves with this new-build option for buyers in Florida’s South Walton area.
Currently under construction, RidgeWalk will consist of 74 home sites within walking distance from South Walton’s beautiful beaches and Gulf Place – a multi-use complex with sports, dining, shopping and more all in one coastal setting.
