They have provided building and remodeling services across Northwest Florida, including Niceville, Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Freeport, Crestview, Destin and Santa Rosa Beach. Randy Wise consistently gives back to the community having completed two “Building Homes for Heroes”. He was honored as the “Builder of the Year “for Building homes for Heroes in 2014. In 1999, Randy Wise Homes volunteered as the general contractor to oversee construction of the Emerald Coast Children’s Advocacy Center, which serves as the coordinating headquarters for handling local child-abuse cases. Planning and construction of the 12,000 square-foot facility took over a year, and for his efforts Randy received the 2000 Industry “Pride Award” issued by the Okaloosa-Walton Building Industry Association.

Greg Huddy is the president of C3 Studio, llc. C3 Studio, llc pursues urban infill and new urban architecture/master planning, designing both residential and commercial projects. Huddy acts as town architect in two thriving Tennessee neighborhoods, with responsibilities that include marketing, design, design review, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams to ensure the architectural vision is carried out. Huddy also provides master planning for several new components to each neighborhood, carefully considering appropriate product mix, housing needs, and architectural compatibility. Huddy continues to work closely with the development team to ensure the architectural design is also within budget. Previously, he worked with nationally acclaimed Allison Ramsey Architects for more than thirteen years and became a partner with the firm in 2008. During his tenure with Allison Ramsey, he gained considerable experience in custom high-end residential architecture, designing for developers in established and up-and-coming neighborhoods such as Spring Island (Beaufort, South Carolina), Bray’s Island (Beaufort, South Carolina), and Ford Plantation (Richmond Hill, Georgia). Huddy also worked on residential additions and renovations within the city of Beaufort’s historic district. Huddy was seated on the Metropolitan Planning Commission, presiding over Beaufort County, the City of Beaufort, and the Town of Port Royal. Huddy has a Masters of Architecture from Clemson University.
